Privacy Policy

The Privacy Grimoire: We despise spam, corporate jargon, and merchants who sell your personal history to the highest bidder. This ledger explains exactly what data we collect when you enter the Forge, why we need it, and how we keep it locked down—in plain, human English.

1. What We Collect and Why To run this shop and get physical artifacts to your door, we have to collect a few basic details:

  • Your True Name & Stronghold (Address): So we know exactly where to send the physical cargo.
  • Your Digital Tether (Email): To send order confirmations, tracking runes, and to contact you if there is a catastrophic failure while manufacturing your custom file.
  • Your Blueprints (Print on Demand): If you upload an STL or CAD file, we store that file securely on our local, private servers just long enough to slice it and print it. We do not claim ownership of your designs, and we will never sell your blueprints to anyone else.

2. The Coin (Payment Information) We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card details. All financial transactions are processed through heavily encrypted payment providers (like Stripe or Klarna). They handle the heavy cryptography and bank-level security so our servers don’t have to.

3. The Messengers (Who We Share Data With) We do not sell your data. We only hand over the absolute bare minimum amount of information required to fulfill your order with trusted third parties:

  • The Couriers: We give them your name and address so they can physically deliver your parcel.
  • The Coin Masters: Our payment processors receive the necessary transaction data to clear the funds.

4. Invisible Handstamps (Cookies) Our website uses basic, essential cookies to function properly. For example, WooCommerce uses a digital handstamp to remember what items you put in your basket while you browse the rest of the site. Without them, the Forge’s internal logic breaks.

5. The Archives (How Long We Keep Your Data) We keep your order details (name, address, what you bought) on file for as long as required by UK tax law (HMRC forces us to keep sales ledgers for 7 years). However, custom 3D files uploaded for the Print on Demand service are routinely purged from our local systems after the physical job is successfully completed and delivered.

6. The Right to Vanish Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to know exactly what data we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to burn it all (the “right to be forgotten”), provided we aren’t legally obligated to keep it for the Crown’s tax purposes.
