The Reversal Ritual: Under UK law, you have specific rights, but bespoke manufacturing in the Forge carries strict exceptions. Read this carefully before demanding your coin back.

1. Standard Catalogue Artifacts For off-the-shelf items (like standard articulated models or desk toys), you have 14 days from receiving the cargo to change your mind. To initiate a return:

  • The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • You are responsible for the return postage toll. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund what we do not receive.
  • Once the artifact arrives back in Carmarthen and is inspected, your funds will be reversed to the original payment method.

2. Custom & Print-on-Demand Orders (The Point of No Return) Once the machines heat up and the polymer melts, the pact is sealed. Because these artifacts are manufactured specifically to your exact specifications, custom filament choices, or uploaded blueprints, they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a critical manufacturing defect on our end.

  • If your CAD file contained a fatal structural flaw and we printed exactly what you designed, that failure belongs to you.
  • If you selected the wrong colour from the Grimoire, we cannot simply melt it back down and start over. Choose wisely before hitting the checkout.

3. Transit Breakages (The Courier Carnage) We pack our prints heavily so they survive the postal system. However, if a courier decides to use your package as a rugby ball and the plastic arrives shattered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photographic proof of both the ruined shipping box and the broken artifact.
  • We will assess the damage and immediately forge a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Initiate a Return: Do not just post items back blindly. Send your petition to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the reversal. We will send you the proper return coordinates.
